Before you speak in an argument or voice an opinion, ask yourself these questions: 
👉🏽 Is it true? 
👉🏽 Is it good? 
👉🏽 Is it kind? 
👉🏽 Is it useful? 
👉🏽 Is it necessary? 
If it passes these filters, say it! If not, skip it or better yet, just keep it to yourself (or post your opinion on your own damn platform if it doesn’t cause harm).

Making a conscious effort these days to live by these rules in my interactions, but one important side note to this is that if you’re ever in a position where you have to stand up for yourself or be bold in the event of injustice towards others it’s always better that you SPEAK UP because you ain’t no doormat and demanding change for something that matters is always better than no space for change at all.
