We cannot move forward with the appeal process until the court releases the trial transcripts.

Our previous attorney filed a motion just 5 days after Eligio Bishop’s conviction, and to this day, the transcripts have still not been released. This is how the system buries wrongful convictions—by hiding the truth.

This is a deliberate delay in justice and a clear violation of Eligio’s rights.
Without the transcripts, there’s no way to challenge what happened in that courtroom.
