How I Create Realistic UGC Influencers (No Skin Upscalers Needed)

I ditched skin upscalers completely. Not because they don’t work but because quality starts way earlier in the process.

My 4-Step Workflow:
1. Detailed Prompting (This is Everything)
I use claudeai to build hyper-specific prompts including natural skin texture, realistic lighting, camera framing, and subtle imperfections. Get this right and everything else is easy.

2. Generate in arcads_ai
Paste the prompt into Arcads. Because the foundation is solid, the output already looks natural—no plastic skin, no over-smoothing, no artificial sharpness.

3. Ready for Product Placement
The influencer is immediately usable for brand storytelling, product placement, and performance UGC creatives. Zero rework.

4. Upscale with Prompts (Not Tools)
I upscale using prompt-based methods that preserve skin texture, lighting realism, and facial character—without the uncanny valley effect.

Why This Works:
Most people treat realism as a post-production fix. It’s actually a prompting problem. Solve it at the source, and the rest falls into place.
I’ve built a custom GPT that automates this entire workflow.
