Some silly sausage has put fixings where they dont belong. 🤣

Why it’s a problem

Immediate leak risk – The cladding had been installed to most parts of the property, but they have yet to do the pressure test. The screw has pierced the pipe wall, and over time vibration, pressure, or corrosion can lead to a burst or leak.

Non-compliant installation – plumbing must be protected from penetrations and properly offset from fixing points.

Hidden damage potential – if this is buried behind cladding/timber, it could go unnoticed until water damage or mould shows up.
