A Ceiling Is supposed to be attached to the truss yeh? 

I am going to go out on a limb here and say You shouldn’t be able to put your hand between the ceiling lining and the roof trusses 🤣🫣

This is a clear case of ceiling detachment, meaning the lining is no longer adequately fixed to the structure above. Actually a pretty common issue and a pretty easy fix... if caught on time. 

If it is left too long. it raises real concerns around safety, movement, and long-term failure.

Alot of people would never know this exists until something lets go. I have seen it time and time again. 

**Early signs to look out for:**
 
 
- Popped fixings in the ceiling or visible fixing heads
 
- Extensive or clearly visible sheet joints
 
- Undulations or a wavy ceiling appearance
 
- Cracking to ceiling linings
