Didn't expect this in only a 2-year-old home! 😳
This pre-purchase inspection revealed movement and cracking that definitely shouldn’t be happening this early.
Floor levels out approximately 30mm to one side of the house. 
Our clients were interstate and had only seen quick walk-through videos of the home 🫣
 

Even new-ish homes can have and hide some nasty surprises.
Always inspect before you buy!
