Ok some of you might think I am crazy but for years I thought I could talk to the universe. Things would weirdly happen when I focused on them (good or bad) and the more I study manifestation and the law of attraction the more it makes sense. Everything is made of energy. We know that from Quantum physics. What makes energy different from each other is the vibrational frequency and the density of the atoms. We can classify that as high verse low energy. If we combine Quantum physics with the law of attraction high or positive energy will attract high or positive energy (like attracts like)  So if you go into your writing session declaring confidence of what you are about to create, you are setting yourself up for success. And if you do this enough times not just with writing sessions but with your entire life you will attract the life you are seeking. CONFESSION time: I am not a scientist and some scientists may declare this BS or witchy or whatever but I can attest that once I learned how to properly manifest and speak to the universe about how I must feel things have HONESTLY changed for me. Its totally free to try and I hope this helps!! SIDE SIDE NOTE: I learned all of this by trial and error and also by reading this book “Manifest: 7 steps to living your best life” by @roxienafousi (SHE EXPLAINS THIS SO FREAKING WELL)
