Team USA continues to fall short in the World Baseball Classic, losing to Team Venezuela this year, and losing to Team Japan at the last WBC.

Team USA is always filled with MLB all-stars such as Tarik Skubal, Paul Skenes, Aaron Judge, Bobby Witt Jr., Gunnar Henderson, Roman Anthony, David Bednar, Bruce Harper, Pete Crow-Armstrong, Alex Bregman, Mike Trout, and Cal Raleigh.

This year, we lost to Team Venezuela in the championship, led by Geraldo Perdomo, Heliot Ramos, Eugenio Suarez, Austin Wells, Albert Pujols, and others, even after we beat a dominant Team Dominican Republic led by Juan Soto, Manny Machado, Randy Arozerena, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Christopher Sanchez, and many other baseball superstars.

The World Baseball Classic is a great Olympics replacement for baseball, where we can see players and teams from all over the world come together, watching the best players in the world like Giancarlo Stanton, Nico Hoerner, William Contreras, Abner Uribe, Jeff Hoffman, Corbin Carroll, and Shohei Ohtani, who pitched and hit his way to a WBC title a few years ago when he struck out his former Los Angeles Angels teammate Mike Trout to seal the game in the 9th inning.
