I see this all the time working with parents! They’re so caught up on what their toddler is eating, when really it’s how they’re feeling during meals

If your toddler is:
- constantly trying to get up or hating the highchair
- dangling feet or slouching
- refusing foods or quickly pushing the plate away

…it might be a comfort issue, not a picky eating issue!

When their feet are supported, posture is aligned, and they’re actually included at the table - it can make a big difference in how they show up to meals. Because toddlers don’t just need food at the table, they need to feel part of it too 🤎
