My dog Milo is always creeping 🤪 Yo check it, I believe in staying in shape so I can still ride bmx at a high level and feel good about me. So, I eat pretty good,  I eat great, it’s always important, it always has been…I’d rather cook at home, it’s better for you and way cheaper than eating out. And I don’t eat any fast food except for innout every now and then, I haven’t ate any other fast food restaurant like Taco Bell or McDonald’s in years…And I don’t eat any fried foods like french fries or chips and stuff. Plus I don’t indulge in donuts and cake and a bunch of processed crap full of sugar and junk. When I snack I eat and apple or a banana or raw peanuts. I don’t eat peanuts with all the seed oils and all the sodium.
