Reposting this from 2021–22 — the year I felt unstoppable. I was in sync with my body and mind. But life had other plans… injuries, distractions, setbacks. I lost my rhythm, my goals blurred, and motivation slipped away.

I’m still on the road back, still chasing the version of me I once was. Not to compete with anyone — just to rise again.

Let this be your reminder: stay locked in. It’s harder to come back than to stay consistent.
