#LumberjackSpotlight 👋 Meet Kevin Pareja (kevinpp21), math major, astronomical researcher, and director of NAUFolklorico! 🎶💃 

🎖️ Founder of NAU’s first Ballet Folklórico Group, Kevin recently received state recognition for his contributions to the arts and dedication to preserving and promoting Mexican culture through dance.

🙌 Composed entirely of NAU students, Grupo Folklórico Estrellas del Pinar (NAUFolklorico) provides a platform for cultural expression, education, and community engagement through traditional Mexican dance.

🗣️ “Being able to share culture is an incredible opportunity, and building a community within Flagstaff and across Arizona is truly an honor. This recognition represents not just a milestone, but the beginning of a broader vision connecting culture, community, and future impact.”
