There were two words uttered when I walked through the door with enough satsumas to sink a battleship. One was “scurvy.” One was “centrepiece.” I’ll let you guess who said which… but let’s just say we’ve both been eating them ever since 🤣🍊

But COME ON. Tell me a better centrepiece for my new blue Italian Christmas plates (yes, they are by_spode and yes, I’m obsessed) than a full-on croquembouche of easy-peels tied with a red velvet bow. Honestly? A strong rehearsal for the big Christmas table.
