Supper Club No. 21, Rome at Home 🍝🌈✨ Here’s what I served —

🫒to sip: An Americano (aperitivo liqueur, sweet vermouth, lemon and soda water)

🐟to snack: crostini 1 — whipped goat cheese, caramelized leeks, and anchovy, crostini 2 — Brie, prosciutto, chestnut honey

✨starter: Carciofo alla Giudia (Jewish-style fried artichoke)

🍝primo: Amatriciana 

🥩secondo: Abbacchio Scottadito (Burn your fingers lamb), lamb rib chops with fig jam, charred radicchio, walnut bagna cauda, mustard greens, mint

☕️dolce: Piacentini Tiramisù and Ciociaro amaro
