Spring is prime time for vibrant herbs and aromatic touches! Our good friend jfdesfosses dives right in and shares a great trick when shaking with fresh herbs 👀🌿

AMBROSIAN BASIL FIZZ 💜
・2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
・½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
・1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
・½ oz Simple Syrup
・8-10 Basil Leaves, plus more to garnish*
・2 oz Sparkling Water

METHOD: In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients except for sparkling water and shake with ice. In a Collins glass filled with ice, add sparkling water and strain in the cocktail. Garnish with basil and enjoy!
