Our friends from cooking_with_wine take us on a mini tropical vacay, no plane ticket required! Our Cucumber Lemon Gin dances alongside decadent cream of coconut, fragrant basil, and refreshing lime for a sip that’s pure sunshine in a glass 🌴☀️

SHIMMY SHIMMY COCONUT
・2½ oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
・3 oz Cream of Coconut
・3 Small Basil Leaves, plus more for garnish
・1 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
・Lime Wheel and Coconut Flakes, to garnish

METHOD: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to chill. Pour into a tall glass with ice and garnish with a lime wheel, fresh basil, and a sprinkle of sweetened coconut flakes (optional). Enjoy!
