1 1/2 pounds stewing beef , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
5 cloves garlic ,minced
2 red bell peppers
1 yellow bell pepper
2 tomatoes ,diced
2 carrots ,diced
2 medium potatoes ,cut into 1/2 inch chunks
5 cups beef broth
2 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
