Day 5 of #DoingThingsWithCP ☕️ making hot tea!

Today I’m having a slow Sunday and this is my attempt at  being a cozy content creator… but also real life: sore throat + seasonal allergies.🌷

Even something like a cup of hot tea means I’m thinking a few steps ahead - how I’m carrying it, where I’m going, how to get it there safely.

It’s not a bad thing, just part of how I move through the world. Currently sipping some hot tea with honey and listening to a new vinyl on my record player. Learning to enjoy the slow moments of life has been super refreshing for my nervous system. 🥰

Who else deals with seasonal allergies? It’s rough out here 😅
