Fern Resort is proud to announce the promotion of Emerson Walker from First Cook to Junior Sous Chef! Emerson joined the Fern family in June 2021 as a Co-op student and rejoined Fern full-time upon graduating from Conestoga College’s Culinary Management program May 2022. Emerson has been a valuable part of Fern’s Culinary team. His flexibility during difficult and challenging times speaks volumes to his character and commitment.
