## Caption

The ospreys are back at Lake Couchiching and as nest building is going on in earnest, I caught a photo of this one surveying the pond beside our walking trail from the top of a dead tree. In a flash, he swooped down to the water and came up with a fish. The other photos are a bit blurry - lesson learned: always check your auto focus settings!
