There’s something about sakura season… 🌸
soft, fleeting, quietly beautiful

this time, we turned it into dessert

our Sakura Parfait —
layers of matcha & strawberry premium ice cream,
chantilly cream, sakura agar, berries, soft jelly
and delicate sakura chocolate flowers
with little moments of crunch in between

and our Sakura French Toast —
golden shokupan, lightly caramelised
strawberry ice cream slowly melting under
vanilla bean chantilly
finished with sakura cookie crumbs, chocolate flowers
and seasonal berries

light, creamy, not too sweet —
just something gentle for the season ✨
