🚀 5 tips to build a business that works:

1. Face your numbers head on.

Put in a system that works for you and make sure you are reviewing your profit on a monthly basis @wearethreesixnine

2. Treat Connection as Relational, Not Transactional

Play the long game. Lead with generosity. Focus on building genuine trust rather than chasing quick wins.
When you nurture real relationships; listening, supporting, and showing up consistently, business grows naturally as a byproduct. People do business with those they feel connected to, not those who treat them like a transaction. @yesvirtualassistance

3. Push Yourself Out of Your Comfort Zone to Reach Your Full Potential

Growth never happens where things feel safe and familiar. The steps that feel uncomfortable, the new skill, the bold decision, the scary conversation, the offer you’ve been hesitating to launch, are usually the ones that move your business forward the fastest.
When you intentionally stretch beyond what feels easy, you discover new strengths, new opportunities, and new levels of confidence you didn’t know you had. Your comfort zone protects you, but it also limits you. Step beyond it, even in small ways, and you’ll unlock your real potential.

4. Know What You’re Avoiding — and Work Through It with Support

Often the tasks we avoid are the very ones that create the biggest breakthroughs in our business. Instead of pushing them away, notice them. Ask yourself why you’re resisting them — fear, uncertainty, perfectionism, or not knowing where to start.
Then approach them slowly and intentionally: break them into smaller steps, get accountability, and lean on your community for support.

Being vulnerable about what you struggle with doesn’t make you weaker — it opens doors to new solutions, collaborations, and opportunities you might never have accessed on your own. @ayamacoaching
