Drink 1: Pear Cinnamon Hearts 🍐

¼ cup pear nectar
¼ cup super-steeped chamomile tea, cooled
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp cocktail foamer
Ice
Pear slice, to garnish

Drink 2: Split Tree Crantini 🍸

1 1/2 oz of gin
1/2 oz of split tree cranberry
ginger 
1/2 oz triple sec
lime juice
garnish with cranberries

Drink 3: Winter Garden ❄️

Scotch, for rinse 
1½oz London dry gin
½ oz sweet vermouth
½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ oz Rich Honey Syrup
6 drops rosewater
ice
Dried rosebud, for garnish
