These blackened fish sandwiches are one of our son’s favourites! When he requested to have them for dinner this week, I got excited myself! 🎣

The fresh ingredients combined mixed with the grilled fish and creamy sauce are *chef’s kiss* 😚 🤌

I also had the opportunity to try out our new line of Wüsthof knives for this recipe and I’ll definitely be keeping them for my collection! 😍
