29 today. Here’s what I wish I could’ve shown 19 year old me. 

10 years since my life completely changed. 

On my 19th birthday I was being wheeled out of University of Utah trauma center after having just spent a grueling stretch in the hospital and my spine being rebuilt. A miracle I could walk, immense physical and emotional pain being masked by my new found love, OxyContin. Little did I know, that drug would take such a hold on my life and take me down roads I never want to see again. 🛑

As a friend of mine said yesterday, “it’s pretty incredible what a decade can do, and what you can achieve in that time”. I am beyond grateful for the life I have built today and for each and every person that has stuck alongside me throughout the journey 🫶🏻

Here’s to another 10 years, this is only the tip of the iceberg. 🤘🏼
