Hard truth incoming…..

When most people step into a room they are looking for what they want to hear 

They are looking for the easy way out…they are looking for the quick fix…..
they are looking for instant results.

While at the same time they continue to sit outside the arena and observe everyone else who are willing to make a fool of themselves. 

Then, there are the few who stepped into a room listening for what they need to hear. They are listening for what the next best step is. They are listening for the tiny correction that will change the entire trajectory of their life and business. THEN, they take massive, consistent, relentless ACTIONS. They step into the arena and get their reps in.

Oh and one more thing…they are EAGER to be corrected, guided, and are absolutely ok with tough love. 

What I’ve observed over 3 decades of coaching over 3000 high performers across multiple industries is this…. 👇

People who have been former athletes or are current athletes understand this best. Then there is a new and exciting group who are learning how to adopt the mindset of an athlete to achieve the same results. 

They understand that you are going to fall, they understand that it doesn’t matter what everyone else thinks because they are just willing and able to get better for themselves and for what God has called them to BE, DO & HAVE. (In that order 😉)

This type of accountability and coaching is not for everyone and that’s OK. 

The ones who want it will seek it out relentlessly. The ones who understand tough love makes you better when the people around you actually want to see you succeed.. 

They understand that success in anything takes time, focused time, INTENTIONAL time spent in the right rooms with the right people who are holding them accountable. 

What is it that you’d like to hear versus What is it that you need to hear? 

That is the separating factor when it comes to wishing it would happen 🤞versus making it happen. 🦋
