can’t believe little one is about to be a year. i look back and am amazed to have gone through this journey now twice. my first time i was scared af. this second time i knew the postpartum period is an evolution so I RAN. told myself year one was rehabilitation, year two performance. i can’t wait to keep training, reconnecting with my body and seeing my growth. for the mamas on this journey, one day at a time, 10 mins even. consistency is key, i promise !!!
