Imli ki Chutney | Tamarind Chutney 🤎

Ingredients:
400g Imli (Tamarind with seeds)
2-3 Jaggery (Gur)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
½ Tsp Salt
½ Black Salt
½ Red Chili Flakes
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Cumin Powder
Few Drops of Lemon
1-2 Cups Water

Bring it to a boil until slightly thick consistency.
Store in air tight jars and squeeze bottles. You can also freeze it upto 6 months.
