Ingredients:

Spring Roll Wraps
	•	Spring roll sheets 
	•	Oil (for frying) 1/3 cup
	•	Chicken breast — boiled & shredded (1-2 lbs)
	•	Garlic & Ginger (1 tbsp)

Veggies (1 cup each)
	•	Carrots (julienned) 
	•	Capsicum (thinly sliced) 
	•	Cabbage (shredded) 
	•	Green chilies (finely chopped)
	•	Green onion (chopped)

Spices & Sauces
	•	Salt 1 tsp
	•	Black pepper 1 tsp
	•	White pepper 1 tsp
	•	Soy sauce 1/3 cup
	•	Vinegar 1/4 cup
	•	Red chili sauce 1/4 cup
	•	Chicken powder 1 tbsp
	•	Chinese salt (optional) 1 tbsp

Slurry (for sealing the rolls)
	•	All-purpose flour 3-4 tbsp
	•	Water 3-4 tbsp
