Curry Recipe
3 cup yogurt
1/2 cup besan
Tsp chili powder
Tsp Turmeric powder
1 glass water
Add Salt later

Cook curry with 2-3 tsp oil
& garlic ginger + 2-3 curry pata

Pakora Recipe
1 cup besan
1 sliced onion
2-3 sliced potatoes
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp anardana powder
Salt
Red chili powder
Crushed red chilies
Chopped green chilies
Add little water to mix

Mix well. Deep fry in hot oil. 

Tarka
Oil
1 sliced onion
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
4-5 Sliced Garlic
3-4 Whole red chilies
1/2 tsp kolangi (optional)
1/2 tsp Ajwain (optional)
