Layer 1 – Crispy Pita Base
	•	5-6 pita breads, cut into small squares
	•	Oil, for frying

Layer 2 – Eggplant Yogurt
	•	1 large eggplant (whole)
	•	4 tablespoons plain yogurt
	•	3 garlic cloves, minced
	•	Salt & Black Pepper 
	•	Dried Mint 

Layer 3 – Spiced Meat Topping
	•	2 lbs Boneless Beef (small pieces)
	•	1 medium onion, finely chopped
	•	1 Green Chili, finely chopped
	•	1 teaspoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
	•	1 teaspoons paprika
	•	1 teaspoons cayenne
	•	1 teaspoons salt
	•	1 teaspoons red pepper 
	•	1 teaspoons coriander powder
	•	1 teaspoons cumin powder
	•	1 tablespoon tomato paste
	•	1 tomato, finely chopped
	•	1 tablespoon butter
	•	1 cup water

Garnish with micro greens, cilantro, roasted pines, sliced purple onion & basically whatever you like! 🥰
