## Caption

Khowsuey Recipe! Save Now! Cook later! 💁🏼‍♀️

Serves 8-10

Chicken Gravy 🐓 
1 cup Oil
2 lbs boneless Chicken (breast)
1 Onion (thinly chopped)
3 tomatoes (blended)
1-2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
Masala Mix: 
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp Kashmiri Laal Mirch
1 tsp Cayenne Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Paprika Powder
Dash of Turmeric
1 tbsp Garlic & Ginger Paste
2 tbsp water

1 tbsp Garam Masala (to be added later when chicken is cooked)

Yogurt Curry 🍜 
Blend:
3-4 cups Yogurt
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp turmeric 
3-4 Green Chillies

Besan Mixture: 
2-3 cups of Gram Flour (Besan) 
Dry roast and add to the Yogurt Mixture. 

1 Onion (thinly chopped)
3-4 Fresh Curry Patta
1 can Coconut Milk
1 cup Oil

Add salt and red pepper later after done simmering the curry. 

Spaghetti Noodles 🍝 
Boil in water. Add salt and oil.

Toppings: 🥜 
Boiled eggs, slim chips/ friend chips, fried garlic, chilli oil, cilantro, jalapeños, green chili, fried onions, peanuts, fried noodles, lemon and basically whatever you like!

Assemble: 🍜 
Take a bowl, add noodles, add currry, add chicken gravy then goes all the desired toppings!
