How do you want to feel this Spring?🌷

It's time to prioritize your health and get ready for Spring with our next quarterly 7-day functional medicine detox! 

The detox is meant to assist your liver and kidneys in detoxifying your body from all the chemicals in your external environment, your food, and even your beauty products. The liver is meant to do this “detoxifying” but because the body is bombarded with so many chemicals in todays day and age, the liver just can’t manage to do it on its own. 

We will be using the nutritional support shakes and liver detox supplements from Equilibrium Nutrition, which are all free of major allergens including gluten, dairy, soy, egg and nuts & are GMO free, vegan & contains no heavy metals. All of the products are third party tested. 

When you join this community program you will receive a packet on the detox details, FAQs as well as recipes for both lunch and dinners to take the guesswork out of meal planning. You will become part of our private group where we will all support and encourage each other over the course of the week (but this is not required.)

Once you register you will need to set-up an account with Practice Better to gain access to the modules, which is where all of the materials and meal plans are housed. 

We are here to support you the entire week.
