The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 was passed to promote equal opportunity for people with disabilities Recently there was a contest in which people were asked to give their feelings on the impact of the ADA. The winner of the contest  was Kathryn Carroll, who wrote I (Don’t) Care.
