Athlete Spotlight 🔦 @H_Miller129

🗣 My favorite cross training activity is going to be a big surprise “Mountain biking” haha, I’m sure this is the answer for most moto guys cause it’s Two wheels and can be so much fun while still getting your training done!! 🚵🏼

🗣 So far to this day my biggest highlight would have to be finishing 5th in moto 1 of the 450 class at Spring Creek in 2019 🏅

🗣 I would say the Mental stag is the hardest and biggest thing for not just Athletes but in a lot of peoples day to day decisions and the way people live! 🧠

🗣 You can’t take all the fun out of it! But this is my favorite it’s your puzzle and you have to take in the information and pick what works best for you and your situations! 🧩

🗣 The passion for motocross is huge I love riding my dirt bike and all the awesome people you encounter along the way as well as some of the places it has taken me around the world! 🌍

🗣 Don’t have a whole lot of Hobbies outside of Moto but love to chill and play with my dog @Rollsmiller as well as I Just started Tinting & Detailing cars with my buddy @Dhess564 so Check us out @HD.tint.detail 🐶 🚗

🗣 I don’t have a specific favorite go to meal besides my coffee haha other wise it’s pretty standard! ☕️ #TrollTraining
