TOO MANY young pitchers chase the high velocity nowadays🙅‍♀️

(and even myself when I was younger…)

But what’s more important is your mechanics👆

When you have good mechanics, it does 2 things for you:

1. You stay healthier. Meaning you get to play more and for longer.📆

2. You actually throw HARDER than you would normally🔥

So instead of checking the radar, check yourself first👀

Need help with polishing your mechanics?🫶
