What just happened in March… didn’t happen overnight.

This was 14 years of doing the work.
This was a relationship that began in 2017… and slowly, intentionally, grew into what it is today.

And this month — it came to life.

The SoundEmbrace Method was brought into collaboration with Emory University’s Behavioral Sciences department to be evaluated for stress reduction and pain relief.

And it didn’t happen because of me alone. It happened because of all of you.

To every space that opened its doors…
To every person who shared a post, sent a message, invited a friend…
To those who helped with setup, breakdown, logistics, energy, presence…
To every single person who walked in, laid down, and said yes to being part of this study…

This month was full.

Full of sessions.
Full of movement.
Full of miles.
Full of moments that I’m still taking time to process.

And as we close March and step into April… I’m not rushing past it. I’m taking time to feel it. To honor it.
To recognize what we built together.

Because this is just the beginning.
