Curry-ish Goat Leg 🐐🔥 For real this was fire fire!

INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 1 goat leg 
▪️ 1 can gustusvitae “chucks dust”
▪️ 3 tbsp fish sauce 
▪️ 1 can coconut milk 
▪️ 2 cups beef broth 
▪️ 2 sticks lemongrass 
▪️ 1 white onion, sliced
▪️ 1 bell pepper, sliced 
▪️ 2 inch knob of ginger, sliced 
▪️ 3 tbsp minced garlic 

To make:
1️⃣Score goat leg and season with gustusvitae chucks dust 
2️⃣Smoke at 275 until bark has formed. Took me about 2.5 hours
3️⃣Wrap in a foil pan with bell pepper, garlic, onion, ginger, lemongrass, beef broth and coconut milk 
4️⃣Cover and place back on until tender. Took me about 2 hours. 
5️⃣Remove lemongrass and ginger, shred goat and serve over white rice!
