On this week's Whiteboard Wednesday, Peter Dolan of Iona University walks us through the Spotlight Faceoffs Drill.

By creating channels and working through live reps, players learn to:
➡️ Secure the ground ball
➡️ Get their head up under pressure
➡️ Make quick reads
➡️ Exit clean to space

Great practice for turning a faceoff win into real offensive possession. To watch the full demo, head to the link in bio.
