This past weekend, AVALA was honored to attend this year's 22nd Annual Nightingale Awards & Gala hosted by the Louisiana State Nurses Association - LSNA and the Louisiana Nurses Foundation - LNF. 

Congratulations to AVALA's Director of Perioperative Services - Nadine Dupaquier, RN, BSN, and Director of Inpatient Services - Kristin Roy, RN, BSN, on being recognized as a Nurse Leader Fellow for their development and implementation of a preceptor program at AVALA.
