madi.schulte is in charge of Theta Omega’s finances & she gets to work with each position to prepare budgets to achieve their goals. Madi keeps up with all officer & chair transactions, writes checks, & makes deposits! Hear from Madi about her experience as Director of Financial Operations!!!!

“Serving as Director of Financial Operations has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my collegiate journey!! This role has challenged me to grow both professionally and personally, and I am incredibly grateful for the trust in me to manage our chapter’s finances. Carrying this responsibility allowed me to build genuine relationships with my operations team, advisors, and fellow officers, showing me the true meaning of sisterhood and teamwork. These amazing women have inspired me to be better every single day, and I would not be the person I am today without them. I have loved my time serving Theta Omega and am so excited to continue my membership journey with the best people by my side!! DLAM 🩵”
