☝🏼Have you ever felt like you toned your balayage and then the dimension got lost?? Next time you paint 🎨 try these 3 things via maeipaint 💥

- Paint more sections! The more you paint, the more you’ll see 👀

- MY FAVORITE TIP: Reach for a liquid gloss instead of a cream. They are usually more translucent which means the coverage leans more on the lip gloss side vs. lip stick. 

- If using a cream, try adding clear or some gold. I’ve definitely toned too “cool” before and it really can make it disappear.

See, the thing with balayage is there is a built in low light to every section. So visually, it’s a MUCH softer end result and you have to take that into consideration when formulating your toner. These are just a few things that have helped me!
