I reflected on a simple truth:
Behind every empowered woman is not just a story—but a struggle for justice, dignity, and equal space.

As I delivered my Presidential Address at Taj Connemara, I was reminded that this mission is not professional alone—it is personal.

As a husband, as a father to my young daughter, and as a global advocate, I carry a responsibility—to build a world where women do not have to fight for what is already their right.

This is not a moment. This is a movement.
As we advance the 2030 Agenda, our collective efforts must translate commitments into measurable outcomes—ensuring that no woman or girl is left behind.
