Back when 15-year-old Maïdis Gorrillot 🇫🇷 made history with an incredible 8.00m long jump at the Meeting National de Pézenas. 💥

With that leap, he became the youngest athlete ever to break the 8m barrier, surpassing the previous age-15 world best of 7.90m set by Daniele Inzoli.

A special moment in long jump history, and a reminder of the incredible talent coming through the sport. 👏
