One of my biggest points of difference as a coach? I don’t need to always be right.

HYROX is still such a new sport - no one truly has it “figured out.” And even if they did, there would never be just one way to train.

For me, the best coaching comes from staying open-minded. Being willing to evolve, adapt, test new approaches… and sometimes get it wrong.

That’s how better athletes and better coaches are built.
