Working with Cole Mitchell on the introduction of overlap. I see a lot of goalies get confused on when to apply RVH vs. overlap. It will ultimately depend on the scenario of the formulating play. As every technique, there’s layers upon layers. I recommend all my students to break the ice down into zones allowing yourself to simply the game.
