Nestled in the heart of Uptown, this restaurant is a perfect way to spend a night on the town! Also, Sea Level NC takes sustainably seriously, as they serve the only farm-to-fork oysters grown in North Carolina to be served on the half shell! And you best believe I had to try them :) 

What we ordered: 
🍉 Water Malone - Herradura Silver tequila, triple sec, watermelon, mint simple, lime, black lava salt, and feta! 20% of each one sold until May 19th goes to support @charlotteangelsnonprofit! 
🥂Moscato - Their wine list features over 40+ options! 
🦪 Grilled Oysters - Y’all, I could have eaten 5 orders of this! 
🦑 Sweet & Spicy Calamari - @marcus.247’s favorite dish 😍
🦐 East Coast Shrimp & Grits - Juicy shrimp on top of creamy grits mixed with andouille sausage, creole spice, onions, peppers & garlic
🦴 Short Rib with Mushroom Risotto - Now this one’s a secret menu item...Picture this: their short rib with honey-miso braise and mushroom risotto with parmesan & black garlic aioli. This combo is 😙🤌 chef’s kiss! 
🍎 Cast Iron Apple Buckle - Topped with bourbon whipped cream, caramel pecans & served à la mode per request! 

Our server Terron ensured we had a great night, checking in with us during every course. The food was top-notch, and we can’t wait to go back! Check out their happy hour, Monday - Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. (pro tip: Go on a Thursday and slide over to @5thstreetliveclt after enjoying some Sea Level Salt oysters for only $1.50!)
