If you’ve haven’t tried @esopastaclt in @optimisthallclt, you are DEFINITELY missing out! When I say it’s some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to Italy), I mean it 👏

ESO is doing it right! From the quality and freshness of their ingredients to the variety of dishes on the menu. Fun fact: the Pecorino Romano cheese that they carve in house has been aged for 18 months! 

What I tried:
🥖 Focaccia (baked by @metzgersclt) 
🧀 Fettuccine Alfredo (with sausage)
🧂 Bucatini Cacio e Pepe - YUMM! 
🌶️ Orrecchiete Al Arrabbiata
🍽️ Ricotta Gnocchi - SOO good!
🍗 Sicilian Fried Chicken - yes yes YES 😍
🍝 Meatballs 
🍰 Tiramisu
