Here are a few quick facts about Maya...

- She is a double major in Journalism and Global Leadership. "Through my double major, I’ve gained unique skills that allow me to effectively contribute to and manage the NCVF accounts this year. I’m excited to leverage my expertise to boost our coverage and put a spotlight on club teams throughout the season."

- Her favorite club volleyball memory has been the NCVF national tournament and bonding with her team on and off the court. "My favorite memory from club volleyball is the national tournament. Traveling with my team creates unforgettable moments, both on and off the court. It’s a special experience that strengthens our bond and makes the season even more fun."

- Her favorite part about being a leader is having the chance to better the UNC club and help put the team in a position to win. "What I love most about being a leader is the opportunity to elevate the UNC club and help put our team in a position to succeed. Leadership has been one of the most rewarding parts of my time with club volleyball, and this year, I hope to guide us toward even greater accomplishments!"
