🥐 MINI CROISSANTS 🥐 

All you need is a roll of puff pastry and you’re ready to make your own mini ‘croissants’ the kids ABSOLUTELY LOVED these and they were inspired by my sister! 

We’ve made them a few times and they always ask to make them now 🥹 so simple, fun and very delicious with a little pot of chocolate 🍫 

🔪 Simply cut strips of pastry. Then cut each strip into triangles. 
🥐Stretch each triangle so the point is LOOOONG. 
🥐Then Roll the dough from the longer edge to the point. 
🥐Bake for around 10-12mins on 180C or until golden brown. 
🥐Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
